Policies for SLOC Musical Theater
Refund and Exchange Policy
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds will be issued.
Events, dates, and times are subject to change. No retroactive discounts will be permitted. Patrons who choose not to attend a performance, despite adverse weather conditions, will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit.

EXCHANGES are subject to the following conditions:
Tickets may be exchanged to a different performance of the same production on a space available basis by contacting the SLOC Musical Theater Box Office at 518-730-7370 or tickets@sloctheater.org.

Requests for ticket exchanges will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the performance date/time of the tickets you are holding. This provides the SLOC Box Office the opportunity to resell the exchanged tickets. The difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading your tickets to a more expensive night or seat.
General Policies
CHECK YOUR TICKETS carefully for the correct date, time, and seat location. SLOC Musical Theater is not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Each person REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance.

In the unlikely event that SLOC Musical Theater cancels a performance for any reason, you will be offered the choice to exchange your tickets to a different performance, receive a credit for a future production or receive a refund of the ticket price to the ticket holders for that performance. Any fees associated with the ticket will not be refunded.

The use of cameras, audio, or visual recording equipment, including cell phone cameras, are strictly prohibited inside the theater due to licensing requirements.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (SLOC Musical Theater). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
